On 30 September 2019, the total number of shareholders in Ambu having arranged name registration of their holding was 39,706 (22,567), who held a combined 97% (98%) of the total share capital.
To ensure the best possible communication between shareholders and the company, all shareholders are encouraged to register their holding by contacting their bank.

As at 30 September 2019, Ambu held a total 6,442,639 treasury shares, corresponding to 2.559% of the share capital.
