Remuneration policy

Ambu's remuneration policy applies to members of the board of directors and the executive board of Ambu A/S. It is based on the Recommendations on Corporate Governance issued by the Committee on Corporate Governance in Denmark.

This remuneration policy is complemented by Ambu's overall guidelines for an incentive programme as approved at the annual general meeting.
